The Gaming FloorOur Mission
Helping casino dealers build stronger fundamentals, better table confidence, and clearer career momentum.
Our story
The Gaming Floor was founded by dealers, for dealers. What started as a collection of shared cheat sheets and payout charts between colleagues has grown into a structured learning platform for casino professionals in UK and US markets.
We recognized a gap: dealers moving between the UK and US markets faced vastly different procedures, terminology, and expectations — with almost no centralized resources to bridge that divide. Training programs varied wildly from casino to casino, and dealers were left to piece together knowledge from scattered sources.
The Gaming Floor bridges that gap. Our platform provides practical training content, interactive math drills that simulate real table pressure, an AI assistant trained on actual casino procedures, career tools tailored to the gaming industry, and a supportive community of professionals who understand the unique challenges of life on the casino floor.
